The agency brings together transversal skills in order to intervene in the entire life cycle of a sports project.

We are aware of the needs inherent in the business of organizing and operating sports events, which are regularly expressed to us by key players (stadium operators, clubs, producers) or which we know from having been in the shoes of the end users.
After working for the Stade de France Consortium, Gilles Bravo moved to the Sports Operations Department of the French Basketball League before joining the French Football League in 2008 as a consultant in the Stadium Department.
With this experience, he joined Sport Value as a consultant in sports organization management before joining TeamStadia in 2010, where he was in charge of project management for large sports facilities such as stadiums (including several UEFA Euro 2016 venues and the FFR's Grand Stade project) and multi-purpose halls (including the Vélodrome National de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and the Arena d'Orléans).
He then created Starting 5 Agency in order to offer strategic advice and operational support to players in the Sports, Leisure and Entertainment sectors at all stages of their projects. At the same time, he founded Hoops Factory, the first network of indoor basketball facilities in Europe, where he served as CEO from 2014 to 2020. In this capacity, he piloted the project from its genesis to the operation of the centers, whether they were branches (x3) or franchises (x2).
Gilles Bravo is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion de Paris (MBA Sport Management) and the Centre de Droit et d'Économie du Sport de Limoges (Master Stadium Manager). He has been ranked three years in a row in the Top 100 professionals under 40 years old in the Choiseul Sport & Business ranking.
